Important to help the true honest poor and poor children etc, and not support scammers, but what saves them eternally with is more important is not Worldly human foods, but the Biblically true Gospel is more important to share and help getting shared by supporting the few true Congregations Biblically true with tith and offerings, however lets try to do both. How to avoid individual scammers asking for donations under falsepretense most likely supporting "the poor children in like Nigeria Africa or Uganda or similair cases" it exist poor children in those places but individuals on Facebook claiming to support them in many cases or some most likely is fake scams taking money to themselfs, support well known organisations and companies and Biblically true organisations not individuals scammers online you not know in reality, never send money to people you do not know in reality or never meet, diffrent with well known organisations or companies or Biblically true congregations etc, they can be trusted and even sued if not do what they say they will do helping the poor etc. Also scammers promise blessings if one gives money donate to them under threat of Gods wrath from them and their so called "ministries"... No man can promise blessings from God...
God decides this alone according to his will and his word the Bible Gods word rules and biblically living in daily repentive state in love for Christ Gods Son and accepted him Jesus Christ as our personally Lord and Saviour etc. Also God never force people to give money he wants a giver who gives willingly by love and compassion and not by any scare tactics of evil men etc, however give tith and offerings to Gods few true Churches and Congregations that precah Biblically true Gospel that is a commandment that we must obey if we have any job income, but God still wants us to give by our free will and love even in that or it does not count for God.

In personally life its always best if possible give honest real poor beggars food or things they need to survive its better the n give them money, as someone elde might take their money etc, but if they need money to support their families its tricky you decide what to do.
